General Art/Commissions Terms of Service
Preface: If you are not a current owner of my art and you repost without credit, edit, trace, copy, or sell ANY of part my art in any way shape, way or form without my written permission, you will immediately be blacklisted, and may be called out on social media or have legal action taken against you.
____________By commissioning me, you agree to these rules.
⦁ You must be at least 18 years old to purchase my commissions.⦁ I do not do holds on slots.⦁ Please have your payment ready at hand; you must pay in full within 24 hours of acceptance, otherwise your slot will be forfeit.⦁ Please do not attempt to haggle down the price.⦁ I will let you know the turnaround time once your payment has been completed. The usual time to completion is one month, or less. Please do not nag me about when I will finish your commission otherwise, and please be patient.Upon receiving a commission, the buyer may:
- Publicly post the low-resolution version that I myself post online, along with proper credit by linking to my page or mentioning me on my social media @pawstanoodle
- Use any part of the image as an icon or avatar for social mediaUpon receiving a commission, the buyer may NOT:
- Use the image to promote sales/advertise/generate income in ANY way, shape or form. My commissions are for non-commercial, personal use ONLY.
- Use the image as a book cover/music cover/website cover/company logo
- Sell the artwork as an NFT or any other digital or physical product (this will result in an immediate ban from all my services)
- Edit out my signature or watermark from the original image.
- Trace, make bases out of, or copy the original artwork.
- Claim the image as their own creation, regardless of how much of the image has been edited or how it's been used.
- I prefer that you do not post the high-resolution versions online as I like to keep them exclusive between me and the commissioner. If you decide to post the high-resolution version, it is completely your risk if it gets shared, edited, or stolen without your permission.
__________________________⦁ I, the artist will retain all legal and artistic rights to the image being commissioned. I can use the commissioned image in my portfolio and galleries as I see fit.⦁ I will not begin working on the commission until full payment is received within 24 hours of me accepting your application and/or sending you a PayPal invoice. Please have your payment ready at hand. As of June 2021, I am no longer accepting payment plans for commissions.⦁ If buyer does not respond to commission payment inquiries OR complete their payment within 24 hours after the invoice is sent, their commission slot will be revoked.⦁ Only payment via PayPal will be accepted.⦁ Only USD is accepted as payment. Any other currency, including cryptocurrency, will not be accepted.⦁ After payment is received, I will begin working on the sketch. During the sketch phase, the buyer may make any changes necessary; however the buyer is limited to only ONE CHANGE per body part or element of the image (for example, a one-time change to the hairstyle or length of the tail). This is to discourage people from flip-flopping on their decision.⦁ Due to the speed at which I work, after the sketch is approved, I will go directly to the finished product. There will be no WIPs shown in between unless I have questions regarding the artwork or if the buyer requests one.⦁ I will not make any free changes to the final product unless I missed a detail that was previously mentioned by the buyer (this will be proven via timestamps). Otherwise, if the buyer wants changes to the final product, said changes will incur an extra fee.⦁ If buyer files a chargeback or dispute for any reason without contacting me first and waiting at least 7 days for a response, they will automatically be blocked from all of my future services.⦁ After purchase is completed, it cannot be refunded unless I, the artist decides that I can no longer do the buyer's commission. This is because of the speed at which I work, and the possibility that I will have already used the money you purchased with and thus I cannot reliably refund your payment. If you, a buyer, are unsatisfied with the finished product for any reason, please reach out to me and we can discuss solutions.⦁ These rules are subject to change.Anyone caught breaking the TOS will be contacted with a warning message. Depending on the case, the rule-breaker may also be blocked, barred from future artwork related services, have their commission cancelled and/or have their slots revoked.Breaking the T.O.S. repeatedly or conducting a single severe breaking of the rules will result in a possible callout for very serious cases and the rulebreaker(s) being blocked and blacklisted.
Adoptables/Designs Terms of Service

____________By purchasing my adoptables, you agree to these rules.
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase my adoptables/custom designs.
- I do not do holds.
- Please do not attempt to haggle down the price.
- Upon winning and completing payment for an adoptable/design, the winner will receive the full resolution image(s), a flat colored image and ownership of the character.
- Please do not bid or place an order unless you have payment on hand! If you back out of or delete your offer without consulting me, I will be hesitant to give you artwork in the future and you may be blacklisted.
- Artwork changes that will incur extra fee unless otherwise mentioned are: major changes in lineart such as completely redesigning the head, changing the markings on a large portion of the design, changing the length of the torso, adding extra wings, etc.Upon receiving the ownership of an adoptable/design, the winner MAY:- design the back/side/etc. of the character if it has not been already included in the purchased artwork.
- create a profile, name, gender, backstory, etc. for the character.
- add or change the outfit, if any
- request minor changes to the design without changing the lineart (eg. the eye color, small fur markings) Please message me if you'd like to change any part of the design. Do not change it yourself!
- use the artwork as an icon or banner for their personal social media
- use the artwork as part of a ref sheet, as long as the signature is not edited out and the image description clearly credits @pawstanoodle as the artist and designer of said character.
- roleplay with the character
- commission art of the character (including fursuits and plushes)
- trade it for another adoptable of similar value
- sell the adoptable/design for equal or less value of what it was initially purchased for Upon receiving the ownership of adoptable, the winner may NOT:- use the character design for any and all promotional and commercial purposes such as for a comic, video game, physical product, etc. without my permission. My adoptables/designs are NOT meant for the buyer's personal income generation.
- Sell the adoptable for higher value than it was purchased for (Excluding extra art and commissioned materials).
- Sell the adoptable as an NFT or any other digital or physical form (this will result in an immediate ban from all my services)
- claim the original design as their own artwork.
- create bases out of, copy, or trace the original artwork.
- change any part of the adoptable without my written permission.
- edit out the watermark in my adoptable artwork.

- The winner must credit the designer @pawstanoodle wherever my art of the character is used/displayed, especially in their respective profiles and descriptions. In art by other people, credit is appreciated but not necessary.
- Only payment via PayPal will be accepted.
- Only USD is accepted as payment. Any other currency, including cryptocurrency, will not be accepted.
- Payment plans are only acceptable for payments over $300. Full resolution images will not be delivered to the buyer until full payment is made.
- Once buyer has committed to a payment plan, they are not allowed to back out. If they absolutely must back out, they are subjected to the penalties listed at the bottom of this page.
- If buyer does not respond to commission payment inquiries within 24 hours of last message sent by me, their adoptable/design will be revoked.
- Winner of the adoptable/design must pay within 24 hours of receiving a Paypal invoice, otherwise the opportunity will be revoked.
- The original designer of the character will retain full legal and artistic rights to the original artwork regardless of who owns the character.
- Refunds are not accepted after purchase is completed.
- If buyer files a chargeback or dispute for any reason without contacting the artist first and waiting at least 7 days for a response, they will automatically have their adoptable/design revoked and be blocked.
